In this paper, a stable CLSC problem is modeled in conditions of uncertainty and indeterminacy. The SCN designed to maximize NPV minimize carbon releases by maintaining environment friendly policies accounting for the increase. To achieve suitable model designing CLSCN making important decisions such as selecting right suppliers, type transport, initialing facility, optimal flow between facilities, accomplishing an efficient solution decision making, neutrosophic optimization method used. results experiments that discuss evaluate different scenarios confirm efficiency validity proposed model. findings also show effective improvement obtained solutions reducing time up twenty percent can be responsible large-scale problems scenarios.
